I am certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association and for much of my adult life I have been very interested in health and nutrition. I have learned that you can reverse many health maladies by simply consuming real nutrient dense foods and avoiding processed cheap foods. Thus discovering that the saying holds true, ‘You are what you eat!’ In reflection of all of this I realize I lived much of my adult life encumbered by some sort of illness. At one point my illness became chronic and a due to an extremely intense season of challenge in my life I threw my hands in the air and said, ‘Enough is enough!’ I knew deep down that this was not how life should be and I took it upon myself to heal my weary soul and body. It wasn’t long before I was experiencing major health breakthroughs. This is what I long to share with others as well, that you don’t have to subsist in chronic ill health.

There are certain people who this course may not be a good fit. I’d like to be totally honest, this course is not for everyone. It takes a certain amount of effort, dedication and determination to implement the information you will learn in this course. Here are some reasons why you should NOT sign up for this course:

Q: Do I need to be at my computer at any certain time for the lessons?
Not all all. The benefit of this course design is that it is flexible so you can fit the lessons in to your own schedule. It is totally self-paced.
Q: I really want to take this course but life is too busy right now, will you be offering again in the future?
My first comment is directed at the ‘too busy’ part of the question. The problem is, when we get too busy or allow life to be too full we get sick. I strongly believe that our health should trump just about anything. That said, this course is offered a couple of times per year – I can’t guarantee when or if the price will remain the same. I can guarantee if you start now, you won’t regret it, plus you will benefit from any future material that is added. With the built in flexibility of the course you can fit it in whenever you can make some time for it.
I’ve had people moving to a new country, about to have a baby or with a newborn take this class. They knew it needed to be a priority and are making great use of the course to benefit their health.
Q: What is the class/lesson schedule? When can I get started?
I suggest a weekly pace while the lessons are being released to make the most out of the lessons. If that isn’t doable you can work through them at your own pace. I definitely recommend going through the lessons in the order they are set up and released. This way you get a solid understanding of some foundational steps to implement to make better use of the material throughout.
The lessons will start to be released on June 5th. However, as soon as you sign up you will be able to join the private forum right away. Q: I do not live in the United States, can I still take this course?
Yes, our classes are suitable for most everyone, the world over. If you run into difficulties with sourcing foods, ingredients, or equipment in your area, please visit the member forums to network with other members in your area.
Q: Is this course recommended for someone who is pregnant or nursing?
The course teaches many lifestyle changes that can be beneficial and safe for a pregnant or nursing momma. It also contains helpful information for babies/kids that you can benefit from. I do recommend that elimination diets and many supplements are not added right away, nor anything that may cause any kind of detoxification. The great thing is, you will have lifetime access to the material so you can add in more of the material later on.
Q: How long will it take to start seeing results?
Every single person is completely unique so the results will vary greatly. It will depend on how much of the material you are able to apply and when you apply it. With just some basic steps though you should be get some great results in the first couple of weeks. While some things may take a couple months to really kick in some further results. There will be those who are chronically ill that will need more time to really root out some of the deep seated issues they face.
I will say that whatever your pace in implementing the material, I believe that everyone will get positive life-changing results. If at any time you are frustrated and not getting the results you want, I will be happy to help you get the results you want.
